In our first meeting, we will review and sign forms. You can download the forms on this website and bring them to your first appointment.
With the paperwork out of the way, we’ll begin to talk about you and what caused you to seek professional counseling. I’m going to do a lot of listening to help me understand your immediate concerns and what you are hoping to achieve. We will then work collaboratively to set short and longer term goals. Sometimes that may be just to have a safe and supportive environment to explore and process what is going on in your life.

The professional building where I meet clients is convenient, easily accessible, and designed for your privacy. The peaceful, beautifully wooded surroundings and office furnishings will make you feel comfortable and at ease.
